A dedicated department, coordinated by the\u00a0Health, Safety and Environment Manager (HSEM)<\/strong>, oversees safety across all its dimensions: from the permanent workplaces at the Cogliate and Ferentino facilities, in accordance with Legislative Decree 81\/2008, to mobile construction sites, where each intervention requires a\u00a0specific risk assessment<\/strong>\u00a0and evaluation of interference with the client’s operations.<\/p>

The Safety Department also manages personnel qualifications and training, health surveillance, PPE provision and mandatory and specialist training programmes,\u00a0ensuring that every operator deployed on site is fit for the role and trained on the specific risks of the intervention<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
